The Justus Liebig University Gießen has updated its APC expenditures, the latest contribution mainly provides data on APCs for the 2021 period and articles published under the German DEAL agreements with Wiley and Springer Nature in 2020.
The JLU University Library is in charge of the University’s Open Access Publishing Fund, which was supported by the DFG under its Open-Access Publishing Programme until 2019.

Cost data
The new data set covers publication fees for 315 articles, total expenditure amounts to 584 043€ and the average fee is 1 854€. Please note that articles published in hybrid journals under the DEAL agreement are not included in this list, as they are aggregated in OpenAPC’s transformative agreements data set.

ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences has reported its APC expenditures for the 2021 period.
The ZHAW library operates an Open Access publication fund which provides support for Open Access publishing, and kindly provides data on funded articles to OpenAPC.
