Gates Foundation contributes data to OpenAPC

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has updated its APC expenditures, the latest contribution provides data for the 2019 - 2024 period.

The Foundation provides funding for OA fees in accordance with their Open Access policy and has kindly provided data on those expenditures to OpenAPC.
