The University of Greifswald has updated its APC expenditures, the latest contribution provides data for the 2020 period. The report also covered cost data on hybrid articles published under the DEAL agreement with Wiley in 2019.
Greifswald University Library is in charge of the University’s Open Access Publishing Fund, which is supported under the DFG’s Open Access Publishing Programme.

The new data set covers publication fees for 43 articles. Total expenditure amounts to 72,167€ and the average fee is 1,678€.
The following table shows the payments Greifswald University Library has made to publishers in 2020. Please note that articles published in hybrid Wiley journals under the DEAL agreement are not included in this list, as they are aggregated in OpenAPC’s transformative agreements data set.

The German Aerospace Center (DLR - Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt) has provided its APC expenditures for the 2020 period.

The Couperin consortium collects data on APC expenditures from universities and other research institutions in France.
APC expenditures for 4 different institutions have now been made available to OpenAPC, with 2 of them reporting for the first time.

Cost data
The new data set provided by Couperin covers publication fees for 150 articles published between 2017 and 2020. Total expenditure amounts to 242,165€ and the average fee is 1,614€.
