The Forschungszentrum Jülich collects publication cost data from German institutions as part of the DFG programme “Open Access Publication Funding”.
When reporting their publication costs, the Bergische Universität Wuppertal had agreed to share the data with OpenAPC as well. This data has now been transferred and integrated, making the university participate in OpenAPC for the first time.

Charles University has provided data on APC and BPC expenditures for the 2022 period.
The Charles University Library collects data on Open Access publishing fees paid for by faculties budgets at Charles University and kindly provides this data to OpenAPC.

The new data set covers publication fees for 454 articles published in 2022. Total expenditure amounts to 992,610€ and the average fee is 2,186€.
