Fachhochschule Südwestfalen joins OpenAPC

The University Library is in charge of the University’s Publishing Fund.
An initial data set on APC expenditures and on articles published under the German DEAL agreements with Wiley and Springer Nature for the 2021 and 2022 period has been kindly made available to OpenAPC.
