GEOMAR 2022 APC data integrated
05 Jan 2024The Forschungszentrum Jülich collects publication cost data from German institutions as part of the DFG programme “Open Access Publication Funding”.
When reporting their publication costs, the GEOMAR - Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel had agreed to share the data with OpenAPC as well. This data has now been transferred and integrated.
The GEOMAR Library manages the institution’s APC expenditures in accordance with the GEOMAR OA Policy.

Cost data
The new data set covers publication fees for 60 articles. Total expenditure amounts to 121 276€ and the average fee is 2 021€.
