ETH Zurich reports its 2023 APC expenditures

The ETH Zurich has updated its expenditures, the latest contribution provides data on Gold APCs for the 2023 period.

The ETH Library provides funding for Open Access publishing and kindly provides data on funded articles to OpenAPC.
