The University of Salzburg has reported new APC expenditures, the latest contribution provides additional data for 2023 as well as data for the third quarter of 2024.
The University Library Salzburg manages the university’s institutional Open Access Publication Fund.

New APC data has been harvested from the institutional repository of Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY. As part of the JOIN² network the DESY library integrates data on publication costs into their repository, where OpenAPC can harvest the records via the OAI-PMH protocol.
DESY now provides its cost data in the recently developed OpenCost metadata format, which allows OpenAPC to gather data not only on APCs, but also on additional costs like page charges or submission fees.
